We are planning to move to Texas from the Bay Area. We are looking for a good Property Management Company in the Bay Area to manage/rent our house. Can you please provide some recommendations? I will appreciate it.

If you have one home, you should probably just sell it. There are a LOT of bad management companies at the individual home level. If you think about it, how many individual homes would you have to have and run effectively in order to make a living here?

My two cents. Good luck in Texas!
