I'm writing a book and I want my character, a grown man, to be swallowed by a female animal and escape through her genitals. My question is very specific so it's been hard to find an answer through a google search. Thank you!

Why not escaping out her "anus"? That would make the reader smile or even laugh
Think about this: a man being able to avoid digestion-all covered in dung on the way down to the creature's rear end, then struggling for dear life...legs and arms flexing, trying to open the creature's anus without having a craw bar or something like that?

You're over thinking it. The answer is actully very simple, use a Human. Here's a short summary of the scene. The adult(grown) man and woman are on the bed. After some foreplay, things begin to heat up. This is when the woman swallow the man, more specifically, his now fully grown penis, with her overly excited vagina. After some time, coming inside of her, the man's penis finally escaped from the clutches of the woman's vagina.
And.........End scene.
