My boyfriend and I are seriously considering pre-leasing this place for July but we're a little apprehensive due to scathing reviews on apartmentratings.com. The skeptic in me doesn't want to take them too seriously because most people only review a place if they've got something bad to say. BUT, with the student discount and all the ameneties this place seems too good to be true. Anyone lived there before, know someone who has, or heard any rumors ? I'd really appreciate ANY input. Thanks!

don't know anything about the complex, but it's in a nice area. Magnuson Park is very, very nice.

I know about the apartments; they are very nice! There is a community center and child care on site. Also close to Magnusson Park. They are a lot more expensive than other on campus appartments, but a lot newer and also open to faculty and the public. Blakely Village and Laurel Village (UW Family housing) is an even better deal; I would definately consider those, if you are eligable.
