i bought a old house and there is a shed outback 8x8ft i was puting new sideing on it and now they tell me it needs to be 7ft from the fence.is this correct they say it is on the city easement.the shed is built on skids.this would almost put it in my living room.

in CO built on skids means movable ie legal as it is not permenant. at least in my area. we build crap all the time on skids to beat the stupid codes and they happily let us. so check your local codes on movable structurers
