Shooting Movie Scenes In & Around Sioux Falls (Garretson, Ward: university, bars)

We will be shooting some scenes for SVEN & SOFIA, our indy film, in and around SooFoo next weekend. If anyone wants to take the chance they are there when we are, you MAY be an extra in our movie. We MAY even give you speaking lines. We will be shooting in digital, available light. That's why we call our movie company NaturaLite Pictures.

Tis all true. Since we were going to have time on our hands and S&S is short about 15 minutes from being feature length, we're adding our famous Ranger Bob & his Wife scenes. That is to say, when all else fails, put the moviemakers on-camera.

Specific Locations: We're trying to find the wagon wheels in that long park in south SooFoo. And we love the dark moody looks of the waterway that surrounds the park. And there is ONE LONE TREE in the park. We first noticed it when were were University of SoDak students waaaaaaaaaaay back in the early 60s. It was STILL there last time we came to SooFoo.

Then we're searching for what LOOKS LIKE fall foliage since the flick takes place in the fall (DUH!). We gotta match foliage, y'know! DUH. So since there's a heck of a drought, that will make the leaves fall and leaves turn yellow and red. We see that here in Mipples now. But we need NEW SCENERY for montages.

Whew! So if'n yew thespians are around, yew got a part in the pitchur!

We'll also be shooting in and around Garretson because we like their bars and the newly-opened old cafe with a greatgranma cookin and serving the victuals.
