Aw, come on, Brian! It's hardly even gotten started here yet! I wish I was a little farther east river (did I really say that?) - they seem to be getting all the snow!
I was sick of winter in November. Next week it supposed to get real cold and I'm not looking forward to it. A week ago was enjoying a nice 4 wheeler ride and there was mud and it was nice and warm.
Yesterday I was in bibs, pack boots and a carhartt.
I am so glad I am not fighting winter and the cold.
Honestly? I've decided I'd rather shovel snow, than mow lawn. At least there are no mosquitoes in snow drifts.
Love it! Feel free to send me some snow, in case you have some extra you could spare! I missed the sledding trip on Sunday because I was home sick with a cold.
There's plenty up here - showed land earlier today snow shoes came in handy - I suppose some peeps would like a bit more, but for me it's about right - plenty to shovel and just enough to play in.
My childhood self would be aghast to hear me say it... but I don't want any more snow. At least not with wind.
The blasted wind keeps shoving it under and around the garage door and through the dog door so that huge piles of it are inside the garage. During the last storm the wind also pushed it against the fence so that the dogs could've simply stepped right over if I hadn't gone out to scoop it away every few hours. There's a pic in the photo thread of a giant snowdrift towering over my little girl greyhound.
I got plenty of Snow Drifts I could box up and Ship COD to anyone that wants it LOLOL
