I also like sweet potato pie. We had it Sunday dinner over at my mom's house.
My grandmother use to make acorn squash pie and it tasted so good and sweet and moist and good texture. I don't think I ever knew anybody outside of our family that ate acorn squash pie, or even heard of it. It might be regional, I don't know. My grandmother was from around Jelico, TN and Albany, Ky.

A slice of hot apple pie fresh out of the oven with a scoop of vanilla ice cream melting and drizzling all over the pie. Omg. I'm not too crazy about cake. I usually just eat the icing and leave the cake part. I'd rather have cornbread than cake.
If it's available, I usually prefer an apple, peach, blackberry or rhubarb cobbler to pie, but pie is alot more common than cobbler.
