Sports Copyrights and YouTube Channels (teams)

Hi all,

Is there any copyrights requirement required to have sports clips featuring NFL-branded teams on a private/personal YouTube channel. A channel such as this one has such clips. If permission to play the team-branded videos is needed how is this permission obtained?

Here are other private/personal channels featuring sports clips from pro-branded teams. Some even feature videos from sports TV shows.

Sounds like a legal question to me. I am NOT an attorney, but probably looking into things like the Fair Use Act would be helpful.
