Hi everyone. I own a house in the Peabody-Soulard area that my kids are using while they attend UWash. I was hoping someone could refer a handyman or company that I could call on for small repairs. Right now I need ceiling fans hung, interior doors adjusted so they close properly and a few other assorted jobs. I anticipate I will have more work over the next few years and would like to have someone I could call on.

I don't know what policies are on this forum for referring people/companies, but FYI I have a handyman (He has his own handyman company) who I absolutely love and have been using for the last 15 years or so. I sent you a PM. Note: Most of the jobs I have had him do are pretty small, but I have been super happy with everything he has done for us and he's a really great guy too and has been doing this kind of work for years. He recently hired an apprentice too who he is really happy with. He started out working for the company and bought it out when the guy who owned the company retired. He's owned the business for at least the last 10 years I believe. We live in Glendale 63122 zip code, so you are further east. I think, though, most businesses in the St. Louis area work all over. For a while a few years ago he wasn't taking on more clients because he was too backed up, but I don't think that's the case now.
