You do not need to do anything to "eliminate spike protein". Your immune system does that.
But maybe it will help some in that small group of people who are struggling with long covid, the ones whose immune system couldn't clear it efficiently.
Wellness Company has supplements called Spike Support to rid the body of spike proteins from covid or the vaccine.
My only issue is some ingredients are best taken on an empty stomach with water(nattokinase)
and some like black seed extract are better with a fatty meal
I would buy the main ingredients separately from established vitamin brands like Jarrow, NOW, Life Extension, Thorne, Pure, Solaray etc

I can find no evidence to support the claim that it will help. The only "study" is a lab study, not in real people.
There is no official treatment for spike protein build up(whether mRNA or the virus). Some doctors are attempting to treat it with known safe therapeutics in the meantime.
