I'm talking about using pro-biotic capsules as a vaginalsuppository at the first sign of a yeast infection.
And i am indeed making a claim for this very sane method of treatment.
Try it and see.
You may realize that it is indeed a more effective (and yet gentler) way of treating a vaginal yeast infection.
It's not about arguing with you, ie; it's not personal ... it's about providing a warning about sticking a clove of garlic up ones vagina and having it come into contact with very delicate and sensitive tissue and potentially causing burning and discomfort when there is a much more effective method that is very gentle, biologically sound, sanitary and non-smelly.
Saying "No way" and "Do not" is not a warning. Fortunately for me I can't try it and see since I don't have a yeast infection right now. But should I get a YI I will continue to do what worked for me as you will for you.

Those were indeed the words that i used as a warning.
Do as you will.
no way!!!
i don't care what them mid-wives say ... they're idiots (regarding this issue).
again ...
do not put a clove of garlic in your vagina.
the very sensitive and very delicate tissue of the inner walls will not like it at all and it can burn!!!
and the smell (and taste) are not pleasant for many.
use a capsule or two of a good pro-biotic supplement as a suppository.
and you should put quotes around that post to indicate that you pulled it from elsewhere (in this case, directly from that web-site) and that you are not writing based on personal experience.
it sounds like a good idea but in practice, it's not!
I have had a problem with this for over a year now, garlic Is the beat solution for me. No garlic does not burn you, garlic is yeast's worst enemy. The taste isn't that bad if you like garlic bread your fine! Don't scare people away from this remedy because it works wonders my infection was gone within two nights of doing this.
coyoteskye - not to get into too many graphic details, but I've never used a suppository before. I have Jarrow capsules in my fridge, but I'm not exactly sure how to do what you're recommending. Should I break open the capsules and apply directly? Dilute with water? Stick the whole damn thing up there? lol, please help!
