Hi, both my wife and I sub in different districts that use Aesop and have our own separate ID and PIN. I had created a multi-district PIN (since I sub in more than 1 district, my wife does not and I do not sub in her district) and accidentally added her district to my multi district PIN.

What this has caused is it will no longer show her a new job available on a day where I already have one or vice versa (it left any existing pending jobs we both have on the same day intact though). I do not see any mechanism in Aesop to undo this.

Has anyone else ever had this problem and does anyone know how to get rid of a multi-district PIN or at least take a district off from it? Thanks for any immediate help you can give.

You need to contact the Aesop administrator for your wife's district.

I agree with Oldhag1. Aesop allows you to add a district but not delete a district. They also don't give you a contact at Frontier Technologies to contact for technical support. Your only option is to contact the Aesop administrator for your wife's district in order to delete her district from your account. You should be able to run two separate copies of Aesop with the two different PINs.

My wife's district's Aesop administrator had no idea what to do and said, "do what you can to contact Aesop, it's not my job" (she's pretty lazy......).

So I first used their "email option" that's supposed to be for administrators and potential clients, then I actually found a phone number for them (actually a different division of their parent company) and also found a Facebook page for them. The last option got someone at Aesop itself to fix it and call me to let me know. Thanks all!

Glad you worked it out. And, while she may not know what to do, it is indeed her job.

What did you search for on Facebook to find their page.

I am in multiple districts and two days ago I started to receive job notifications from one district even though I am booked in the another district. Kelly Services and the other district are no help even though they did try.

I have been 2 even 3 districts with Aesop for 3 years and had no problems. All of a sudden 2 days ago this all started.
