There is a post from me and another by stone26 that say special Ed teachers are on different pay scales in our districts.
Yep. I’ve worked in a few districts in my career where SPED teachers either had a stipend, or were on their own pay scale. No way would I agree to work SPED without it, as it is A LOT more work than gen ed.
