It's been quite active the past few weeks across the Southern U.S. Another tornado outbreak possible this coming week with the Plains at risk Tuesday and shifting eastward Wednesday.

Tornado reports so far this year. My area is in a gap. Central MS & AL are covered with reports.

Was a low end EF1 hit the SE Louisville KY suburbs last week. Moderate damage to a few homes and severe tree damage along a narrow path. Texas to Mississippi has gotten hammered this year.

Was driving down Highway 7 in Ontario and was surprised at the way a whole swath of forest had big trees snapped like twigs and was trying to figure out if the May derecho could've done so much damage or if it was a tornado. Looks like it was indeed a tornado - this one from late July:
