My maximum price is $350,000. Where would you live? And why?

We wanted freeway access (Vail or Marana or west Tucson);
and didn't want to drive 1/2 hour to get to clubs/activities (Vail fell off the list);
and didn't care for TUSD (most of West Tucson fell off the list);
so ended up in Continental Reserve area of Marana. We're very happy here - we're less than 15-20 minutes to everything we need, we are 20 minutes from downtown, and we can hop on the freeway and be in Phoenix area in a little over an hour.

If driving to activities and freeway wasn't an issue, though, we would have chosen Northeast Tucson.

You can get a whole lotta house for $350k (except in the mansion district on the far east side.) Marana is nice. Better schools than Tucson. Takes me 30 min to get to raytheon on the south side. But anywhere you'd want to live is at least 30 min from raytheon. Marana is growing fast though.
