This activity was captured by my trail cam set up behind our casita. This is video I would have never captured on my own as it happened at around 3 am. These animals are beautiful. I hope you enjoy watching them!!!

I'm glad you're enjoying them (for now, anyway lol). I live in CO, and myself and all my neighbors are sick of them. We are absolutely overrun with them and they are destroying our trees, shrubs and gardens. Even the mountain lions can't seem to make a dent in the population Just yesterday afternoon, there were 3 large bucks fighting in my back yard, with a half-dozen does cheering them on......

Definitely enjoying them for now. Around here, the major predator for these deer is cars. Two have been killed as well as a javelina in the past couple of weeks. They certainly are beautiful to look at. The bucks around here seem to hang out together. I have not seen bucks fight, but that does not mean they don't. I have seen a few bucks rubbing their antlers on trees though. Thanks for watching and your comment!

In your videos they're always gentle and pretty and well mannered. And in this one, they're doing the night shift as a free weed removal service!

Yes, I really do appreciate the deer and javelina keeping the vegetation on the short side for me! They are gentle, pretty and well mannered. They are welcome anytime!
