These 2 spots make REAL authentic Chinese food, not that suburban Americanized stuff that all tastes the same.

FATMAN'S KITCHEN Their Oil Splashing Noodles are ultra-wide and thick...reminds me of pierogi dough. To go with it, get an order of their luscious eggplant in garlic sauce. A match made in heaven. He makes his own noodles and the eggplants are those little baby ones, so sweet so well cooked until as soft as pudding!

KUNG FU NOODLE The BEST Cumin Lamb in town. So tender! Their appy Green Onion Pancake is subtle but flavorful; we dip in a bit of hot chili oil from their standard condiment tray.

Any other real-deal Chinese gems out there? If you recommend a place, please specify the BEST dishes you get.

We ate at Jun Dynasty the other day. Best chow fun ever, tossed in hot chili oil.
Egg rolls were good. We ordered the pork dumplings fried, I think they would have been better steamed.

Jun Dynasty if you are into Sicuan cuisine.

I generally save my Chinese fine dining for when I head to Phoenix and Las Vegas which have hundreds of varied Chinese options.

Being a smoker for 55 years my taste buds are fried, so I couldn't tell the difference anyway with good or bad Chinese food.

If I get an itch for Chinese food I head to the Chinese Buffet around Wilmon & Speedway. With my taste buds, it's delicious.

Or Panda Express.
