I’m looking for an area to buy a townhome close to the loop for walking and shopping. Where is the best area (and zip code) to look? Any info would be helpful including cross streets etc. Thanks, Tucsonans!

My Townhome is about three blocks South of the Rillito River Loop near Stone and Limberlost.

Literally everything is in walking distance . . . the Tucson Mall, a few Grocery Stores and Dollar Stores, Banks and Credit Unions plus Restaurants and Bars.

Unfortunately, (for YOU that is) when they do come on the market they usually last HOURS or a few DAYS at best. Quite often they are not listed . . . they sell direct.

Definitely not perfect but . . .
