Ahhhhhhh - the windward shore of Oahu. Absolutely breathtaking. The Kaneohe Bay area of Oahu is my absolute favorite part of the island (not QUITE where you are, but pretty close). Hawaii is (in my book) the GOLD STANDARD of climates and I'd gladly live there if I could afford it.

As it is, SE Arizona will have to do (and do rather nicely too). Not nearly as good as Hawaii but far better than most other places.

What is the coolest(temperature) side of Tucson or surrounding areas?

Phoenix. Tucson has mountains around it that cool it off a bit at different times.

It's not the mountains. It's the elevation. Tucson is 2500 feet. Phoenix is 1100. And as others have said, Phoenix has more of an urban heat island effect than Tucson, which means PHX doesn't cool off on summer nights like it did 50 years ago.
