In the TV show "All In The Family";Edith Bunker was from Scranton, Pennsylvania, in the metropolitan area where I was born. Archie would always mention Edith's "screwball" family from Scranton and Edith would take the bus there to visit.

On the show Reba they lived in Houston and so do I. The house they lived in also seemed like it would fit in well in the neighborhood I grew up in.

Jamie Farr's character in MASH was from Toledo, but so was Jamie Farr in real life and the places his character talked about in the show were real places.

Right now my life feels a bit like Mad About You, although we're not yet married and live in Baltimore but the SO and I do share an apartment (where I'm currently teaching him how to change the toilet paper and pick up after himself), he has a large dog, which I love and when I'm working, I'm in marketing. Similar to Jamie's PR.
