you can only get the federal $600 thru week ending 7/25/20. After that just your regular UI amount.

The PEUC extension under CARES Act (13 weeks) should start with the first week after you exhaust your UI benefits (if no new earnings to establish a new UI claim). If the EB (extended benefits) are triggered for NJ you would exhaust PEUC first then get the EB (extended benefits).

Thank much for your time/help

1) can I get both amounts (state + fed) remainging future 16 weeks
end date (10/10/20) -> In this case FPUC stopped 7/25/2020 , state UI continue upto 10/10/20 ?

2) if extra 13 weeks fed approved , when it would start + end date)

13 weeks fed extended benefit start after 10/10/20 ?

Please help me out..

As i mentioned above

1) You will get UI + FPUC through 7/25/20, after that you will get the remaining weeks on your UI claim, so if 16 weeks left on your UI claim ends you on 10/10/20, for those 16 weeks you will get just your regular UI weekly benefit amount.

2) The PEUC extensions are already in place under the CARES Act. You will be entitled to those 13 weeks after 10/10/20, starting with week 10/17 (as long as you don't have earnings to qualify for a new UI benefit year). PEUC ends 12/26/20 so you would only get 11 weeks of PEUC. After that if state triggered EB (Extended Benefits) are still in place you would be entitled to the weeks the states have approved for EB (if still in effect at that time).
