Thank you! I have actually reached out to them. With no luck.
I'm hoping to get some help soon. We tried to research and it has history. Native but this person stuck here says no when we ask if it's native decent. And always says no when we ask him to leave. :/ I'm very sketchy on doing sage as sage or oils can either help or aggregate the spirit.

If I were you, I would sage the house. White sage can be found at any metaphysical bookstore. Walk through the house and "smudge" it by burning the sage. Get into corners and closets.

Another idea is to have the house blessed by a clergy person of your choice. Even if you are not religious, it can't hurt.
