I've run into multiple people that I used to work with, all in a big grocery near my home. What are the odds that we are in the same aisle or check-out line at the exact same time? And all from the same, now defunct workplace? I can count 7 people to be exact. Weird.
This is a common occurrence for me. I believe it is about an energetic connection that we have with the people. It is a psychic ability by definition and can come in all different types of impressions.
I do it all the time. Like daily most days. The last memorable one....I was thinking about a friend from the 80's, when I was a Navy wife. I had visited her in 2013, but we had only spoken on the phone once since then. Well, I am going through some rough times emotionally, and was thinking about her. Next thing I know, she sends me a text and asks if I am ok. So I called her and we spoke for a while.

It has happened to me so often that when I think of someone I haven't seen or thought of in a long time, I know that I will shortly see that person or hear something of them.
A couple of months ago, the name of someone I worked with in a retail store more than 40 years ago came to the forefront of my mind. I hadn't thought of this man for any reason in all that time. We weren't really friends, just worked at the same place.
Two or three days later, I was visiting my mother and looking through her local newspaper. There in the obituaries was a woman with that last name. I read the obit, and sure enough, it was my long-ago coworker's mother.
Yeah, me too, but I consider that more spiritual than just "ESP"- so do you think everyone has it or the ones that are more in tune with it are more aware of it happening? I would like to develop it a little more.
We all have a 6th sense.
How we 'sense' things is unique to each individual.
The most effective method to develop ones 6th sense, is to meditate daily. Buddhist groups, or Brahmin Kumaris teach meditation for free (Or a small donation)
Spiritualist churchs have classes that teach different techniques.
The reason why meditation works is because our intuition is subtle. It can't be forced (What Mages call 'Lust for result') Intuition works at it's best when we're relaxed.
There's also the added benefit that it's been proven that those who meditate regularly, are at far less risk of developing heart disease, cancer & other illness.
Sometimes I sense that I have to call someone on the phone that I don't speak to that often. Sometimes I catch them and sometimes I don't!
