Out of Body experience

Have you read the 3 Robert Monroe books? They are very good and well worth reading. He created the Monroe Institute as a result of his experiences with out of body journeys and subsequently used his prior experience with sound technology to help people get into the correct frame of mind for OBEs. He has "gone upstairs" now but the Institute is still going strong.

No doubt it happens. I never experienced it myself though. I have been told if your spirit is out of body, wouldn't your body be vulnerable or open to whatever might be out there? I think that part scares me from even trying it but it does sound cool.
