San Diego would've had taller buildings had its airport not been so close to the downtown area. I believe the height restrictions are around 500 feet.

SD has an excellent skyline, btw. The overall topography, with the mountain backdrop and the proximity to the pacific ocean is what makes SD's location unique.

I agree. I love that my city has the ocean in front and the mountains behind it. It's awesome. I don't think height should matter that much. I think the SD skyline looks great anyway

I never remeber seeing with the naked anything this dramatic, can see the twin Marriott towers I have stayed in to numerous of times
