You mean like a realtor?

I'm afraid the world might actually implode if that happened.

No, I mean an 'un-realtor' or a 'stealth finder' which is just the opposite. Think of it like a tofu hotdog or 'garden' burger. While not a hotdog or burger they might look similar, but the taste is um quite different. lol

Derek,

You eat realtors?

I am not vegan and I have seen some tasty looking female realtors but still...

I have noticed a new trend on YouTube where overly enthusiastic RE agents, posting bunch of videos titled something like "Best 10 Things About..." for their immediate area.

Anyone else noticed this? It is clearly a marketing tool and the info is often very incomplete, generic, superficial and/or seemingly biased.

The thing that annoyed me the most was the reply to a comment one of those agent's wrote, stating "increased home values" as one of the benefits of growth! Benefit to whom, a RE agent working on percentage based commission?

Me thinks, yes!

Yes, there's this one in particular for the Vancouver area that we've watched a bunch of videos for (we were considering moving anyway, it wasn't influenced by her videos). But it's the same thing, "5 best things about Vancouver" or "10 reasons to move to Vancouver" and a lot of it is the same generic stuff that would apply to any other area. "It's pretty", "It has good weather during X season", etc.
