Renting bike for Stanley Park (rentals, safe, beach)

What are my options and how many are out there? Do they offer mountain bikes and helmet along with it for safe ride? Google search revelead there is one company called Spokes by entrance. I want to make sure that is:

1) reliable and safe.

I once rented s cheap poorly maintained bike with poor tire traction in Santa Monica for ride along beach that was not only burning hole in my wallet (I think it was $14 per hour) but also unable to safely brake when people jumped in front of me and fell of bike

2. Rates are reasonable and offer whole day rent.
3. Have more than one location to return

There are tons of bike rentals along Denman/Georgia area and many are pretty cheap. They're all usually pretty safe- just check Yelp reviews. I would try not to go on a weekend, biking the seawall is a mess (possibly getting better now that summer is over). On a weekday late morning it'd be pretty quiet this time of year and much more comfortable to go around.

There were more than we could choose from on the East side of Denman. We just picked one where people seemed friendly (still a long list).

We didn't mind completing the loop to return the bike. It's a fairly short, very safe ride. Crowds were minimal on a weekday.
