Not many Trump signs, but there are some - and some flags - here and there, too.
It is sad that people are hesitant to put their Trump sign on their lawn because they fear their property will be damaged by uncompromising people that don't have the same belief. It doesn't sound like a free country to me anymore. I have a metal license plate in my shed window supporting Trump. It's my property and I have every right to show support for my party.

I see a change in the area where I work. Many more immigrants and from what I read today...more coming. I have no problem with legal immigration but it is very obvious that the federal gov't buses have stopped in my area of VT. I saw what illegal immigration has done to the Township where I grew up and Vermont will end up the same way.

The only thing I'll display is the American flag.

A liberal friend of mine was complaining the other day about someone who is flying an F-Biden flag in her town. She is in favor of flying the BLM flag at the school. I had to remind her that 'it's just a flag.'
BTW I'm not in favor of flying the BLM flag at the school and would personally never fly something with an expletive on it.

But I do agree that it's your property and your freedom of expression - absolutely. I hope no one would vandalize your property because of it.

I was not aware of gov't buses bringing people to VT. I do recall though that we were going to take some Afghanis?? I hope they bring coats. ha

This is nonsense. The reason people wouldn’t display Trump signs is because they owned businesses and a big chunk of the town would refuse to do business with them. Free country. There are lots of business owners who don’t were MAGA hats.

That’s because it hasn’t happened. And good for us for taking Afghani refugees. They’ve sacrificed for our country and we should welcome them for their service.

I don't like the F-Biden flags but I do say that when I'm at the gas station. If people want to fly a BLM flag in front of their house, they are free to show their ignorance and racism to everyone that passes by. Free country. The flag I fly on my property is the American flag.

I talk to a lot of people where I'm employed. Most of the people I speak to are very angry and look forward to the next election.

Ignoring the fact that you just called me a liar, how did so many Latinos that can't speak English get here? Yes, we should help the Afghanis that have helped us, but how many of them that got on those planes really sacrificed for our country. This country is in a major financial problem at the moment and we are not in a position to help everyone. I do hope you are backing up your words, opening your home and sponsoring a family.

Oh you heard some Latinos speaking Spanish so there must be a nefarious plot to relocate them to Vermont. Or maybe they are just some of the many migrant workers who keep Vermont dairy farms going?

Yes, that's it, JG. You are 100% correct. I heard Latinos speaking Spanish so there must be a plot. Gosh, you are so smart. Tell me though, how can they be cleaning the floors at my job and work at a dairy farm? How can they work at a dairy farm but are playing Spanish music on an amplified saxophone in the parking lot? But here's a news flash for you, the gov't has been sending millions of illegals all over the country! More people are taking their blinders off and see what is going on in this country. Some, would rather live in the world of denial. But again, JG, you are right, I'm wrong. Does that make you happy?
