So we rented a cabin on Joe's Pond in West Danville. I have been there, but it's been many many years. As I recall, St. Johnsbury is the closest "major" shopping... Any tips on any specific stores that exist there now a days? My primary concern is we may want to buy a couple of box fans, depending on the temperature in the cabin. Where is the Closest store(s) to West Danville where one could by items (i.e. the NEK version of Walmart)?

Yes, St. Johnsbury is the closest big town for shopping. For box fans, you could try Marty's store in Danville as they have a hardware section. Otherwise in StJ is Price Chopper (grocery store), Family Dollar, Aubuchon Hardware. The closest WalMarts would be in Littleton, NH or Berlin, VT (Barre/Montpelier).
