$1500 studio Mcpherson Square..does that sound right?? (neighborhood, luxury)

Came across a luxory studio right next to the Mcpherson square metro for $1500 a month, it's about 450 square feet. Does that sound about right to you guys? Or is that way too much for that size?

That has to be a scam. Either that or you'd be sharing it with someone. Luxury studios that size in my neighborhood (Logan Circle, not right next to Metro) are about $2,000/month.

That's way too little, not way too much, for that area.
