I've just found and added the 2 newest climate data of Bangkok with (1981-2010) range in wiki . The previous one is (1961-1990) range.

how would you rate it?

The first one is an airport located in northern suburbs of Bangkok.

The second one is located in central Bangkok which is more effected by urban heat island.

I say it's a C+. It's never ever cold in Bangkok which I like. But the constant heat and humidity will wear you down in time. I like Chiang Mai's slightly cooler winter and more sun more than Bangkok. Still Bangkok is a hell of a city.

Too hot and humid. At least it has a dry season though.

E, I would be so bored and fatigued. Year round it's like Dallas temperature with Miami humidity.

Solid A! Love the heat and humidity. Only minor gripes is it could be a bit sunnier and drier.

A-,
but could be 1-2C lower to be perfect ,dry/wet seasons are too extreme and needs more sunshine.
