I won't give any climate with summer highs below 70F/21C anything higher than a D.

Žabljak has 138 days with snow on average.

Record depth of snow in Žabljak was 230 cm in March 2005.

Total accumulition in wither 2017/2018 was 581 cm, which is the largest accumulation since winter 2004/2005.

Summers are weak due to alevation of 1456 m.

If I'm not wrong places in US has warmer sumers than places in Europe when they are on same latitude and elevation.
