I am looking to rent an apartment in Wichita. Specifically at Falcon Points apartments located at [font="Calibri"]4244 S HydraulicStreet, Wichita, KS 67216. Can anyone be so kind as to tell me what that immediate area is like? Is it a reasonably safe area with reasonably normal people and surroundings. I realize this is subjective but you get the idea.

That area is not the safest but you could do worse. It's close to Oaklawn which one of the most avoided areas in Wichita. That said, if you're coming from Detroit or south Chicago, you'd probably be pleasantly surprised.

If you want south side of Wichita, better to try near Meridian or Seneca. Hwy, buses are nearby plus necessities closeby.
