The way UI works, you don't have to accept a job if it's less than 70-80% of what you were making before and not in the same field. It's true that the requirement change based on the length you receive UI, but I doubt anyone receiving UI regardless of length would be forced to take a job that pays less than UI.
Now if you disagree with how that works, fine. I'm just sharing with you how it works.

Well you were replying to lostinca, not the OP.
Furthermore, I HIGHLY doubt lostinca was making anywhere near $8.50/hr before they were laid off.
He is selling his prescription pain pills to others, that is a drug dealer.
Much worse than not paying taxes.
I figured that much too, but I didn't want to get into all of that.
Then if they get arrested, taxpayers will have to subsidize their cushy jailroom too.
