All critical violations have been corrected.
Facility submitted a plan of action in regards to:
-Ceiling will be repaired by August 30th 2010
-Ceiling tiles will be replaced by July 2010
-Handsink will be installed by July 2010
-Dough mixing room will be repainted once ceiling is fixed July 2010
Took down yellow sign and put up green sign
No other violations observed

At the time of inspection, I did not observe any unsanitary conditions or any signs of bugs or rodents in the facility. Operator has a signed contract with an exterminator for monthly service. I also sis not observe any food stored unsafely in the restaurant and all sinks were operating properly. Complaint closed.

After investigating the nature of the complaint there was no visible roaches or droppings were found around the kitchen and front waiting area of the facility.
Discussed with the PIC the pest control in general by using their pest control operator.
Scheduled full standard inspection for the facility.
