Another complaint of the same nature as the complaint investigated on 3/20/2012 has been issued. Caller stated there were roaches in the facility. The owner is already working on sealing entry points and cleaning under fixed equipment. The non-working coolers in the facility are not working and have "out of order" signage posted on them. No food present in them. No standing water was observed on the premesis. Inspector will return on 4/10/2012 for follow-up

At the time of the second follow-up incpection for the second complaint issued in a week, all violations have been corrected. Amina has selaed up the wall and floor behind the grill and fyers. Sweeps have been installed on the rear door of the facility. Grease/ Food residue has been cleaned up underneath most of the fixed equipment. All rodent droppings have been cleaned
