Facility must install a hand washing sink in front service area within 30 days.

Observed REPEAT critical and non-critical violations.
Spoke with PIC in regards to the installation of the front hand washing sink. He stated that they have received blue prints for the installation and have placed some orders for hand washing supplies. They are not sure of when the sink is scheduled to be installed. The facility must provide an actual installation date within two weeks. The facility must contact inspector with information and/ or the sink must be installed by the next follow-up inspection.
