-Facility has ordered new sanitizer dispensing unit. Meanwhile, facility is manually mixing sanitizer and testing with test strips frequently.
-Discussed PIC knowledge. PIC stated 3 employees have been to food safety class. Plans on sending more/ all staff to food safety class.
