Green sign updated
PIC stated that once a year the facility grills hamburgers and hot dogs outside of the building. No hand washing sink was present at the time of inspection. Discussed with PIC the importance of having a hand washing sink at the location where grilling is taking place. All utensils used for outside grilling are disposable and the Kitchen is less than 100 feet away.

IV. PIC is serve safe certified, expires July of 2014. Very Knowledgeable about all aspects of food safety.
VI. PIC stated that all foods are taken from the freezer and placed in the cooler or submerged in cold running water or placed in an ice bath with ice wands.
IX. PIC stated that parents of the children get a month long menu and select food for their children.
