THE DATE ON THE SIGN PER COLUMBUS CITY RESOLUTION WAS UPDATED AND PROVIDED TO THE PERSON IN CHARGE/OWNER AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. THE SANITARIAN OBSERVED THE SIGN POSTED ON THE FRONT DOOR OF THE LICENSED FACILITY.

Notes:
-PIC stated just ran out of sanitizer tablets last night. Tablets were delivered/ provided at time of inspection.
-Food thermometer was located in the upright refrigeration unit. Use food thermometer to take internal food temperatures and provide cooler thermometer to measure cooler temperature.
-Re-attach/ provide light shields for lights in back storage/ food area.

On-site consult with Bonnie about possible upgrades/ changes to the kitchen.
