Description: Since it began in 1912, Lawrence & Memorial has brought health-care services to New London County. The facility has 280 beds and staffs 2,300 people. It has the region’s only inpatient rehabilitation and neonatal intensive-care units. In addition to other diagnostic and therapeutic specialties, Lawrence & Memorial Hospital has a center for sleep disorders and a nationally recognized cardiac rehabilitation program.
