Description: If you love good beer, if you love to talk about good beers of the world, and if you love to discuss the brewing process, come to the Brewtopia Festival in late Nov. A regular admission ticket gets you into the big tent, where you can enjoy and talk about some one hundred beers from all over the world, generally about 50 of which are microbrews, and 30 Belgian. If you spring for a VIP ticket, you will get in before everyone else and have access to some rare beers, as well as high-alcohol beers that the other attendees can only dream about. And if the names of these high-octane brews are any indication, be prepared for some really animated discussions (among the stiffer ones is Bell’s Brewery Hopslam IPA, and there’s rare stuff like Lost Abbey, Vintage 120 Minute Dogfish Head IPA, and Pizza Port. Admission is charged.
