Description: Sloan’s’ slogan is “Where the elite meet to stuff themselves.” You may or may not consider yourself “elite,” but when you walk inside this adult (and juvenile) fantasyland, you’ll definitely consider stuffing yourself. Sloan’s is like being a kid again. It’s mint-green on the outside, pink on the inside, and filled with feather boas, unusual toys, and a choo-choo train that’s actually running. The colors, the smells, and the tastes will make a marshmallow out of the strongest dieter. So it’s best not to resist, and to immerse yourself.The flavors are always changing, and they’re always eye-catching. You might try some apple-pie ice cream, for example, or some Circus (cotton-candy flavor with gummy bears). Others that may be in the case are peppermint pattie, Snicker’s frozen yogurt, and Sloan’s white. Or, if you’d rather sample the candies than the ice cream, there’s plenty from which to choose, ranging from old-fashioned candy apples to incredible chocolate that almost seems to caress your mouth.
