61. Zombie Pub Crawl
City: Minneapolis, MN
Category: Annual Events & Festivals
Description: Not even the organizers of this monstrous annual event are quite sure how the Twin Cities came to be such a mecca for the undead, but since its founding in 2005, the Zombie Pub Crawl has turned into the biggest itinerant-drinking event in the metro area. In 2009 nearly 6,000 local zombie buffs trooped across the West Bank in search of blood, brains, and beer. DIY costumes are highly encouraged, and if you need a little help getting sufficiently gory, you can show up early so the zombifiers on hand can suck the life out of you.
