Description: There are four concourses at this gigantic airport, which has more than 30 major airlines serving it. Most travelers arrive at either Concourse A or B, which have 78 gates between them. Just about every major airline flies into here, including Air Canada, Air France, Alitalia, American Airlines, British Airways, Continental, Delta, KLM, Lufthansa, Northwest Airlines, SAS, United Airlines, and US Airways. (See the Airline Information box for airline phone numbers and Web sites.) Dulles has all the amenities you would expect, with myriad shopping and eating options to please everyone in your party. Wireless high-speed Internet access is available throughout the airport. For rental cars, information screens and courtesy telephones are located in the main terminal’s lower level at the Ground Transportation Centers. Those renting cars are transported to the agencies by shuttle bus. To catch a bus, go down any ramp from the Baggage Claim Level and proceed outside to the second curbside.
