The town of Gettysburg is located in the south central part of Pennsylvania, and it’s surrounded by rural countryside and other small towns. It sits at the crossroads of numerous highways, just as it did when it witnessed one of the most famous battles of the Civil War. Although getting to town if you don’t have your own car can be a problem, navigating the area once you’re here is a breeze.
