Description: This upscale restaurant and pub offers a full-service menu with something for everyone. You’ll find appetizers, salads, soups, wraps, nachos, burgers, sandwiches, pasta, steaks, seafood, and desserts. The Pub is known for its generous portions and for its burgers and chicken sandwiches. The restaurant is on one side and the pub is on the other. The dark wood booths and tables on the restaurant side add to the old-world ambience, as does the abundance of dark wood on the pub side. And the view of the square can’t be beat. The pub side has tables as well as the bar seats, and there are a few arcade games to keep the kids busy as you wait for your meals. There’s also a kids’ menu available for children age 10 and younger, with prices in the $4 to $7 range. You’ll find a wide range of cocktails, wines, and beers here. There are 12 drafts on tap, one of which is always Guinness. The Pub is open for lunch and dinner daily, and it serves dinner until at least 10:00 p.m. during the week and until 9:00 p.m. on Sunday. The place closes during the first week of January and for certain holidays but is open the rest of the year. If you’re visiting the Pub for a drink, it serves until 1:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday and until 11:00 p.m. on Sunday. The Pub gets really crowded sometimes, so be aware . . . there are two sets of restrooms, one downstairs on the pub side and one upstairs. The upstairs ladies’ room also has a changing table.
