Observation: can opener was visibly soiled today and should be wiped down after every use then washed, rinsed and sanitized at least daily.

Observation: this ice cream cooler closest to the drive through window was out of temp today. Orange side was 50.9deg using my digital stem thermometer. Also, walkin cooler ice cream mix was 44.8deg (unit therm showed 45). Unit fluctuated between 45-48 deg during my visit today on thermometer.

Observation:unlabeled cleaning spray bottles under the counter.

Observation: Shake machines need to be wiped down more frequently.

Observation: bananas touched with bare hands. Should have barrier.
- Frozen PHF/TCS foods are properly slacked and thawed
Observation: ice cream mix sitting on prep table to defrost.
- Packaged foods shall comply with standard of identity requirements
Observation: Ice cream in retail case packaged on site should be properly labeled for trace back.

Observation: general cleaning is needed, especially under shelves and equipment.

Observation: Wet wiping cloths were laying on counters. Needs to be in sanitizing solution buckets.
