    Observation: Tong is container of cabbage was laying in the product. Item was thrown out and tong will be stored with handle up.

    Observation: Bin of Mesa not labeled. It is now labeled.

    Observation: Large freezer has food spilled inside and some meat pieces frozen in the ice. Freezer food will be transferred to other freezer on Monday while dirty freezer is cleaned.

    Observation: Sanitizer too strong in sanitizer bucket. Old bucket of water thrown out. New bucket made.
