    Observation: Upon arrival, mechanical ware washing machine not sanitizing. After rearranging tubing and priming, working properly.

    Hand soap must be provided at each hand washing sink (kitchen, bar, and restrooms).
  • Outer openings are protected
    Daylight visible under pedestrian doors along the north wall and southeast wall of the establishment.
  • Mechanical warewashing machine temperature measuring devices, heaters and baskets, and automatic dispensers, and alarms
    Dishwashing machine must be equipped with an audible or visual alarm system the notiifies the operator when detergent/sanitizer levels are low. Sanitizer test papers for chlorine and quaternary sanitizers need to be obtained.

    Overhead lights in bar area must be shielded.
